Volume 3 was completely revised and reprinted in 1999. Volumes 1 and 2 were completely updated in 2001. Convenient web pages are provided for downloading subseqent revisions and updates to all three volumes. Volume 1, 2, and 3 are no longer available for purchase. All chapters and related software, spreadsheets and drawings are available for downloads.
